Chetna, Jenny and Eva were always friendly, professional and made the back class fun. The exercises were fully explained and supervised. Our questions were answered well. I can't praise them enough, thank you.

It has been a vary enjoyable 6 weeks. It is a well run course, targeted at just the right level for me. I have noticed an improvement in my mobility and have been motivated to increase my physical activity.

There was a friendly atmosphere. Staff were great and friendly too as well as giving good instruction. It would be beneficial if the group introduced themselves at the first session so that we could know names and perhaps a background of what brought us to the course.

Altogether excellent. I feel a definite improvement in my right leg. I don't see how the classes could be improved. The physios are doing a very good job.
